Instructions

- Choose the color group that you will be training with.
- Enter your first name, last name, and city.
- Click 'Submit' to finalize your subscription.
- On the next screen Click 'Close' to return to this page.
- You will then receive a welcome e-mail confirming that you are signed up.
Remember, Chicago Fit will not sell or give away your personal information.
If you change color groups, simply re-enter your email address above, click on Go,
and you can change your color group.
